Our story starts with small beginnings in November of 2024 after our Founder Stephen Buffamante after having been a management consultant through college and having helped build a small tech startup was entering the job market. As he was having difficulty getting through the resume screening process for many positions it had occurred to him that perhaps his particular brand of knowledge and experience regarding entrepreneurship, market entry strategies, structuring businesses to grow, and all of the fine details that go into business growth and expansion while not immediately attractive for traditional employment was the perfect storm for creating a management consulting firm. As such he got to work planning and creating Life Orchard Enterprises.

During his time both as a management consultant in college and while helping build the previous tech startup, Stephen recognized a gap in the consulting marketplace: Small to medium sized businesses that would most benefit from the services of a professional consultant, even for a small amount of time, simply cannot afford their services. As such, he seeks to maximize efficiency for his clients and set local businesses up not only to use his consulting services, but to not need his consulting services long term, by giving them the knowledge and tools required to succeed on their own.

Earlier in his career he and several of his friends started a homeless outreach initiative called Brownbag Outreach that feeds lunch to the homeless on Saturdays with even his earliest attempts at entrepreneurship focused upon helping his local community. He could not turn his back on his community, as such Life Orchard Enterprises as well as being a consulting firm, is inherently designed to be able to give back to the community by planning and organizing volunteer events in the Southwest Houston Area and beyond.

He seeks to provide a unique and customized approach towards management consulting, leveraging both technology and more traditional skillsets to give his clients a modern competitive edge and giving them the opportunity and structure to grow, improve, and thrive.
